Auto-generated documentation for SimpleDBv2 type annotations stubs module mypy-boto3-simpledbv2.
Client#
Implicit type annotations#
Can be used with boto3-stubs[simpledbv2] package installed.
Write your SimpleDBv2 code as usual,
type checking and code completion should work out of the box.
Client method usage example#
# SimpleDBv2Client usage example
from boto3.session import Session
session = Session()
client = session.client("simpledbv2") # (1)
result = client.get_export() # (2)
- client: SimpleDBv2Client
- result: GetExportResponseTypeDef
Paginator usage example#
# ListExportsPaginator usage example
from boto3.session import Session
session = Session()
client = session.client("simpledbv2") # (1)
paginator = client.get_paginator("list_exports") # (2)
for item in paginator.paginate(...):
print(item) # (3)
- client: SimpleDBv2Client
- paginator: ListExportsPaginator
- item: ListExportsResponseTypeDef
Waiter usage example#
# ExportSucceededWaiter usage example
from boto3.session import Session
session = Session()
client = session.client("simpledbv2") # (1)
waiter = client.get_waiter("export_succeeded") # (2)
waiter.wait(...)
- client: SimpleDBv2Client
- waiter: ExportSucceededWaiter
Explicit type annotations#
With boto3-stubs-lite[simpledbv2]
or a standalone mypy_boto3_simpledbv2 package, you have to explicitly specify client: SimpleDBv2Client type annotation.
All other type annotations are optional, as types should be discovered automatically. However, these type annotations can be helpful in your functions and methods.
